There is no formal independent third party compliance assessment available for ITIL compliance in an organization.

B.C.A. is a contemporary course in the field of Computer Applications. The field of B.C.A. lets students design, develop and use computer applications. Application implies amalgamation of an operating system (which runs a computer), a utility (which performs maintenance or general-purpose chores) and a programming language (with which computer programs are created). The B.C.A. course enables graduates to develop documents, projects, presentations, design websites and demonstrate skills in running software programs.

A’ level course of NIELIT Scheme is equivalent to Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications. Students can acquire this qualification by undergoing this course and passing the examination conducted by the NIELIT. After completion of A level course students can further enroll in ‘B’ level course of NIELIT Scheme ‘A’ Level Course consists of ten theory modules (nine compulsory modules and one elective module) and one project.

The main goal is to minimize downtime and maintain business productivity.

SLA management is the ongoing process of ensuring all provided services and processes—including the underlying contracts—are in alignment with the agreed-upon service level targets stipulated by the contract
